Great customer service
We were intially delivered 9x 2m cables instead of 3m cables by mistake, as part of a larger order - I honestly hadn't even noticed, before a replacement box was sent with 9x 3m cables the following day. A written message inside apologised for the mistake, and saying no need to return the 2m ones! It was great service, really appreciated it.

Excellent service.
I had been waiting for some Unifi wifi 6 wireless access points since the beginning of January from another company. Payment had already been taken but still no product. I emailed One stop cable.shop to check on stock and they replied within the hour. They had them in stock and got them to me very promptly. They even offered to set them up for me if I so required.

The helped me with my problem with great advice, very speedily, informed me that the product I wanted was about to be reduced in price, saving me money and further more dispatched the product asap!
