Great customer service
We were intially delivered 9x 2m cables instead of 3m cables by mistake, as part of a larger order - I honestly hadn't even noticed, before a replacement box was sent with 9x 3m cables the following day. A written message inside apologised for the mistake, and saying no need to return the 2m ones! It was great service, really appreciated it.

I couldn't write a more genuine review…
I couldn't write a more genuine review here from a happy customer. I placed an order for a Ubiquiti Accesspoint that arrived next day. When I hooked everything up there were some connectivity issues so after a number of unproductive attempts I got in touch with the team at one stop cable shop who gave me some advice and did everything they could to get me up and running. They took back the unit to carry some testing, which proved good and then sent me back out the same unit with a different model of POE injector and some new cables. This resolved my issue and was all done on next day delivery so we got to the bottom of my problem in no time, the guys were nothing but happy to help and work out what was going on. I think now we (myself mostly with my tail between my legs) suspect that the issue was actually in the ethernet cable that was not supplied by them but they were just over the moon that I am now up and running as am I. I couldn't recommend the team here enough, Stirling customer service, thank you so much.
