Great customer service
We were intially delivered 9x 2m cables instead of 3m cables by mistake, as part of a larger order - I honestly hadn't even noticed, before a replacement box was sent with 9x 3m cables the following day. A written message inside apologised for the mistake, and saying no need to return the 2m ones! It was great service, really appreciated it.

Astonishingly good service
Astonishingly good service, order a unifi6 lite at around 4pm and was delivered the next day! Everywhere else was sold out and these guys really came through in rapid time to solve a problem! Thank you
