Great customer service
We were intially delivered 9x 2m cables instead of 3m cables by mistake, as part of a larger order - I honestly hadn't even noticed, before a replacement box was sent with 9x 3m cables the following day. A written message inside apologised for the mistake, and saying no need to return the 2m ones! It was great service, really appreciated it.

Great selection of products, good prices and excellent customer care. I ordered a couple of blanking plates in the wrong size and despite being only a couple of pounds I got a call to check if I ordered the wrong size. Great service.
