Great customer service
We were intially delivered 9x 2m cables instead of 3m cables by mistake, as part of a larger order - I honestly hadn't even noticed, before a replacement box was sent with 9x 3m cables the following day. A written message inside apologised for the mistake, and saying no need to return the 2m ones! It was great service, really appreciated it.

Ordered branded product and recieved in plain box with one stop sticker on front when I rang to ask why it wasn't in advertised packaging I was told they don't post out plastic. Fake products advertised as branded products stay away from this company 😒 🙄 Sorry buy no refund or return was offered just a rude sales person Buyer beware Don't say you weren't worned
