I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process! I felt it was incredibly informative in not only content, but strategy as well. Jill, our course teacher, was wonderful and really encouraged everyone to ask questions and seek guidance to feel confident and prepared for the Exam. The portal was great, especially the practice exams. They were a huge value and as I studied during our self study week, I kept the same study hours focusing on those while hand writing the answer/ explanation of the questions I got wrong down to cement the correct information .
I took the NMLS education course with OnCourse Learning and would not recommend it. The user interface is outdated and difficult to navigate. There’s no live agent available, calls go unanswered, and email responses are automated and unhelpful. The course content is repetitive, and the practice tests don’t explain why answers are correct or incorrect, which limits their usefulness. The biggest issue is the conflicting information about course deadlines. Their site lists both 11:59 p.m. and 6:29 p.m. as cutoff times with no clear explanation. I completed my final class, but because of state requirements for time spent, I can’t finish the course until the system lets me move forward. I’ve tried to get clarity, but haven’t received a real response. If the deadline is 11:59, I can complete the course. If it’s 6:29, I may have to start over entirely. Given the lack of support and the cost of the course, that’s unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking at other providers.
Never ever again.

I recently invested in what I expected to be a comprehensive learning experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. The course, spanning only 10 days, attempted to cover an overwhelming amount of material, leaving little room for meaningful interaction or comprehension. During the virtual sessions conducted over Zoom, participants, including myself, were muted, hindering any chance for real-time questions or clarifications. This lack of engagement made it nearly impossible to keep up with the fast-paced curriculum. Moreover, there was a glaring absence of preparation guidance provided prior to the course commencement. The expectation to have a 400-page textbook printed out without prior notice was unreasonable, especially considering the hefty price tag associated with the course. My frustration peaked during the first session when I found myself 40 minutes late due to technical difficulties, only to be plunged into unfamiliar territory without adequate preparation. The pace was relentless, and I struggled to grasp the concepts, leading to a disheartening experience. As the course progressed, the challenges persisted. On the second day, we delved into math problems without access to essential formulas, which were supposedly buried within the extensive textbook. Attempting to navigate through hundreds of pages in search of a single formula while the instructor raced through questions was both frustrating and counterproductive. In hindsight, it's clear that the program lacked essential support structures, such as providing a concise math formula sheet beforehand to aid comprehension during class discussions. A simple reference guide could have significantly alleviated the pressure and enabled participants to engage more effectively with the material. While I had hoped for a rewarding educational journey, the reality was far from it. The course's lack of organization, inadequate preparation, and insufficient support left me feeling disillusioned and ultimately dissatisfied with the experience.

I found OnCourse Learning through another, very respected, training company. With their endorsement, I decided to train with OnCourse. I’m barely through 1/10th of the coursework, and I’m pleased thus far with the video instructor and format. Also, the staff was very helpful with answering my questions prior to purchasing. What’s unfortunate is the cost to produce the course material (manual, syllabus, examples, etc). The course material is more than 400 pages alone, and with the examples (more than 80 pages), this added more than $100 to the cost so far. I didn’t account for that. All will be fine if I’m prepared enough with the course to enter the national certification with confidence and success. This is a review in progress.

It was overall easy to navigate but it would be great if you can send an email confirmation for completed courses

My course hasn’t started yet. With that being said I have logged in and gone through the overview. Very user friendly, and lots of study tools.

Excelent training. I recommend it. If you are not able to give many hours in a day, I’ll suggest to take the 14 days course. It’s a lot of material that needs to be covered and is dense. I enjoyed doing the quizzes since it gives you a sense of what you really dominate and what you need to go back and read again.
