It was wonderful to be able to pick up a rental in Auckland and drop it off in Wellington. Staff at both ends were very pleasant and supportive.

Great price, friendly staff and the vehicle was roadworthy. Vehicle was ready for pickup and return was seamless. I use Omega when I am in New Zealand and perhaps a rewards system might be a good idea to encourage returning customers to source a rental from Omega country wide, this could be in the form of fuel vouchers for reduction in daily rate. Took the car from Auckland, return in Wellington. I've filled up the petrol full tank when returning the car. The fuel did not indicate full tank. I drove to the petrol station across the road to fill up again. The petrol nozle clicked several times till some petrol spill out, indicating that the petrol was extremely full and I paid $7 for the petrol. Upon returning back the car, the fuel indicator still did not indicate full. I seriously think that the indicator was faulty. The man who attended to me asked another man if it is ok. I explained to the 2nd man and he told me it is ok as it might take sometime for the meter to rise.

Car service by staff was very good, car driving was excellent and economical. Price of car rental was excellent. Will definitely use again in NZ.

Omega has once again provided me with a great rental rate, easy rental process, and friendly service. Thus the reasons why I keep coming back.

I have used Omega Car Rentals quite a few times now. They are like my go to when needing to hire a vehicle. I cannot fault this company even when one day the car I had jst hired wasn't running the best. So drove vehicle back to office and within 15 minutes we were given another car and were about to get on with our road trip.

All good. Vehicle on time. No issues.

I always book with Omega when I go to NZ. My only problem happened this time when there was no one answering at the depot to collect me from the airport. It would have been great if they took a phone with them (they were picking up a car)
