Found me a vehicle at very short notice, well priced, suitable for needs. Easy check in and return precess, and the shuttle to airport is helpful.

The process was simple, The added recommendations were of great value We needed to extend our rental a couple of times, and that process was a simple phone call and approval over the phone

great service and reliable vehicle
Unfortunately due to an illness picked up in flight over we did not use our rental car much 1 tank of fuel. However staff were great to deal with and car was a high klm vehicle but performed well. No issues for us. I would use Omega again.

It was my first time renting a car, and honestly, it was worry-free. The staff is very polite and helpful, the car was in great condition, and the insurance options give a sense of security at a reasonable cost.

The car interior had a very strong smell of smoke as we have already pointed out. This is the second time we have experienced this which is poor when the company has a no-smoking policy.

The issue was the car itself - we would never rent this car again. Firstly, it was imported from Japan and the car settings could not be changed from Japanese language. This was not expected in an English-speaking country and made life difficult. If you are going to rent a car in Japanese, this should be made very visible on the booking before confirmed. Then the car did not stop beeping/honking - very loudly so passersby could hear too. Beeped constantly when you locked, when you unlocked, when you unlocked but didn’t turn the car on within a few seconds. It was very frustrating and embarrassing. The car itself had a very bad engine, too. It had no “grunt”. We were very happy to return the car.
We have rented a car from Omega a number of times and have been extremely satisfied with the cars, staff and the price. We will certainly use them again when in New Zealand.

It's an amazing experience with this company. We got a fuel efficient and good quality vehicle within affordable cost. The customer service was excellent.
The service overall was very good. I particularly like the insurance choice at very reasonable prices. Pick up and drop off where handled very professionally and the car itself was in excellent condition and was no trouble for our journey. I wouldn't look anywhere else to hire from next time.
Renting from Omega is always a good experience. Their cars are not the fanciest fleet out there, but Omega offer outstanding value for the average traveler.
