Der gesamte Ablauf war unkompliziert und professionell – genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder ein Auto mieten! Ich empfehle jedem die Gold Versicherung zu nehmen.

Easy to deal with. Everything went smoothly ,a little bit of a hiccup with the pickup from Picton and the phone switchboard but 5 mins later it was all go.

Very good Frontline interaction with a helpful and professional approach. An area that could do with some improvement is a vehicle manual to be accessible for the customer

I can highly recommend Omega. Had two rental cars with them and both times the pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Customer service is great and professional, especially the team at Christchurch Airport was outstanding! Price was very good and I had no issues at all with the cars. Would definitely rent there again!
