Easy to hire and have a clean working car. Had no young driver fee also

Great service as always. I'd given 5 stars but the car I first ordered had a cut tyre that wasn't been spotted. After a short time they gave me another car, but it could have been a bad experience if I hadn't noticed the tyre.

I spent almost two weeks in New Zealand, traveling across both the North and South Islands. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout. Everything went well, and I was able to coordinate effectively with the teams in Auckland, Queenstown, and Christchurch. Great job to the Omega Rental Team – thank you for the excellent service!

Suitable car at reasonable rental price.

Omega Rental Cars is nice and easy to do business with. The online booking is easy and confirmation came through within a few hours. The pick-up and drop off is quick and easy and is normally within 10 or 15 minutes of letting them know you arrived at the airport (if traffic is light). The necessary licence checks, credit card and signing only takes about 2 minutes.

I have been using Omega's rental cars for over 30 years, longer than most of their longest-serving staff. I will continue to do so as I am more than well-served by their team.

The car we booked was very good. Collecting car was easy and also returning car, - no problems at all. Staff were very polite and very efficient. Thanks for a great experience.

From booking online to car collection to car drop off we could not fault a thing. We needed to make a car change and this was done seamlessly. We arrived later in the afternoon so missed the courtesy shuttle but it was a short trip to the depot and it was a smooth pick up. We got the vehicle we requested. All staff we dealt were lovely both online and at the depot as well as the shuttle driver back to the airport

Amazing experience. Easy transition when I arrived and already had a toddler seat in the car for my wee girl. The car was perfect and best part was the use of carseat for my toddler at no extra cost. There were no issues at all, and everything went so smoothly. Very reasonably priced to. Will definitely hire again through Omega.

I had dealt with the Auckland branch and they were fantastic so thought I would book again with the company for my South Island (one way) trip. Booking could be more pleasant as I never got response to my email on why the business club discount at 15% less than the 20% currently available online "holidays rate. I asked if better options are available when booking for my business but never received any response. Experience with the Christchurch branch was great - from calling for pickup from airport, punctual pickup, and very pleasant and friendly service at the branch with good tips on attractions to visit on way to Queenstown :-) Thank you!! Experience from reception during drop off at Queenstown airport branch was mediocre at best, but that could be because our trip was finished! The driver shuttling us to the airport terminal was courteous and professional, so thank you!
