Schnell, reibungslos und einfach...
Der Antrag und die Abwicklung selbst lief reibungslos. Einfach über die Strom-Vergleichsplattform die Daten eingegeben und Antrag abgeschickt. Innerhalb 24 Stunden hatte Octopus Energy mit meinem bisherigen Versorger alles geklärt und den Wechseltermin fix. So muss es laufen.

Smartmeter
Einbau Smartmeter von der Beantragung bis zum Einbau ca. 6 Monate. Der Einbau war dann Anfang Dezember 2024. Bis heute läuft das System nicht, da es anscheinend Probleme mit dem Service Partner BlueMetering gibt. Keine richtige Information vom Unternehmen und auf Anfragen wird schon nicht mehr reagiert. Für mich eine glatte sechs, kann das Unternehmen daher nicht mehr empfehlen, obwohl dieses für mich einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht hat am Anfang.
