Got transported from PA to CA with NRG. From start to finish everything went great! Paid what agreed on and was allowed to put 200lbs in my car. Car arrived safely with no issues and with my personal items inside of the car. My agent's name is Alex, amazing guy and top notch communication (which is rare in this business). Definitely will transport my vehicle back to PA with Alex again

This company is a bait-and-switch operation. They quoted me one price, but the morning before they were supposed to pick up the car, I received a text asking for more money, claiming they were switching to a different type of car transportation. The transportation company called me and stated they were using the original type of transportation. They tried to spin the situation, but after being told they were being recorded and were in the presence of a lawyer, they once again tried to talk themselves out of the lie.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Not only was my vehicle delivered a full day late after I was charged $200 over the quoted price, but the driver also forgot my keys in Tampa and had to turn around after meeting me—wasting more of my time. The worst part: my windshield was cracked during transit. I immediately provided photos to the driver and followed up twice with the company. I never received a single response. No accountability, no apology, and no customer service whatsoever. If you value your time, your vehicle, and basic communication, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.
