I don’t like that you can speak to anyone with questions. Best you can do is email someone and then they tell you to watch your video.

Received a sealed kit but it was missing the solution tube. Luckily I had a box of the same kits so used one from this as otherwise I would not have been able to complete my day 2 as required when returning from abroad.

No problem ordering the test and taking it. Took the test, I have symptoms and the test gave a positive result which was very clear on the photo I uploaded however when I uploaded the result I received a certificate saying I was negative. However when I left a review I was promptly contacted by the team who apologised for the mistake and rectified it quickly and said they would investigate how this happened. Very quick response from customer services 👍
