I placed an order via Debenhams which came directly from nova clothing. Or should I say didn't arrive because I in fact received an empty box. I emailed nova clothing immediately as thats what was suggested on Debenhams website. Having had no reply I further went to contact Debenhams. Having done this it's taken over a month to receive a message saying that their claim against royal mail has been denied. I'm not surprised considering they've put a claim in for a parcel not received. I never once said I didn't receive. I confirmed I received an empty box and sent photos to show the box had been resealed. And the claim amount they put in for was Β£200 when the jumper cost me Β£300. So to me they obviously didn't use the correct shipping for the item amount to begin with which to me implies they always did send me an empty box. I am appalled. Β£300 is a lot of money to loose and I definitely won't be giving in

The item sent was mislabelled meaning it was far too small. Not just a little bit too small but very obviously too small. I then learn I have no way of getting my money back, instead being offered in affect a credit note. I have since learnt that your company regularly deletes poor or critical reviews. It is my view that your company is not trust worthy.

An item absent from this order; I paid for two items hence the two-stars stay until I recieve the other product. Sorry, but customer service in the UK has reached an ALL TIME LOW with repeat offenders like The Hut Group and now (sadly) ASOS, the very worst offenders. A particular place in consumer Hell is reserved for ASOS, especially their new CEO who, it seems, is another senior executive who'd rather side-step consumer issues than deal with them.: Brave in the boardroom, cowards in battle.
