Don’t shop here or they’ll just send you empty parcels and refuse to refund you!
I placed an order via Debenhams which came directly from nova clothing. Or should I say didn't arrive because I in fact received an empty box. I emailed nova clothing immediately as thats what was suggested on Debenhams website. Having had no reply I further went to contact Debenhams. Having done this it's taken over a month to receive a message saying that their claim against royal mail has been denied. I'm not surprised considering they've put a claim in for a parcel not received. I never once said I didn't receive. I confirmed I received an empty box and sent photos to show the box had been resealed. And the claim amount they put in for was £200 when the jumper cost me £300. So to me they obviously didn't use the correct shipping for the item amount to begin with which to me implies they always did send me an empty box. I am appalled. £300 is a lot of money to loose and I definitely won't be giving in
