Screws got warped and the company refused to supply the screws

I purchased 3 dining room chairs and within a few months the screws came off. They were warped. As I couldn't find the same type of screws from other retailers, I contacted the customer services asking them to provide the screws. I received a very negative reply. But I still contacted them so many times but I didn't even get a reply. Please don't get fooled by this useless company.

Really bad experience

My order took almost two months to arrive, and during that time, there was no proactive communication regarding the order status. I had to reach out three times to get updates and everything I was assured that it will arrive within a couple of days. When the chair finally arrived, it was damaged. To make matters worse, I am expected to organize the return and pay for shipping myself However, based on my experience and other reviews I’ve read, I don’t trust that I would receive the replacement product or a refund anytime soon, so I won’t even bother sending it back. Another red flag is their misleading discount practices. The website displays a never-ending discount, pretending it will expire within hours, but it’s always there. When I ordered, it was supposedly a “Black Friday” discount, yet it’s still the same weeks later. Additionally, they ask for reviews on Trustpilot and offer a 100 DKK discount before the order is even shipped. This feels like an attempt to manipulate reviews rather than genuinely earning positive feedback. I would recommend looking elsewhere. This was one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve had.

Do not buy Triton standing desk

I bought a Triton electric standing desk. The assembly wasn’t smooth. The holes in the side brackets didn’t match the one on the table top. I reached out to the customer service, and they advised me to drill my own holes, which I did, and now after assembling it, the mechanism does not work. I don’t know what to do now, as even dissembling it and sending it back is a trouble.

Varning

Varning, köp inte härifrån! De ljuger om lagersaldo på hemsidan och när man köper och betalar finns det inte på lager och de skjuter hela tiden problemet framför sig. Jag beställde ett objekt för nästan tre månader sedan och har hela tiden blivit lovad leverans utan att något händer. De kommer med lögner hela tiden. Har fortfarande inte fått min vara och jag får inte heller proaktiva uppdateringar utan måste själv höra av mig, och när jag gör det hittar de på ursäkter. Helt bedrövligt. Har anmält till Konsumentverket eftersom fler har samma problem

Lieber nicht...

Ich warte schon einen Monat auf die Bestellung und ahne Böses...meine Emails wurden zwar beantwortet, aber die versprochenen 10% damit ich weiter auf die Bestellung warte wurden noch nicht erstattet. Das Geld wurde allerdings von Klarna bereits eingefordert...
