horrible unclear lots of sneaky things. Saying you can have 100 day trail on mattresses but then you have to organise to send it back yourself and they also take 30% off because it put of the original packaging very unhelpful customer service i wont belive a single 5 star review on here

Not as shown on website
The 'vegan' leather, aka vinyl, did not look anything like that in the photos on the website. I was very dull, matt and an unnatural colour (grey/brown). I complained to Nordina and they offered a 20% refund which I accepted. However, I had to spend half of this refund on a product to make the vinyl look a bit more like leather and change the colour to tan. I have had the chair for a few weeks now, and it is already damaged ( a hole has worn through) where it has rubbed against the side of a table. I would have thought it would be more resilient than this. Overall, I think this is a company claiming to have Nordic style, but the chairs are cheaply made in China.
