Fuyez Commande effectuée le 28/11/2024 cela fait 3 fois que la livraison est reportée. Aucune information , obligé d'aller sur le site pour le suivi ou chaque semaine le délai est reporté d'une à deux semaine. Site de dropshipping qui ne respecte aucune loi du code de la consommation. Je pense comme beaucoup que la plupart des avis favorable sont des fakes. Enfin nous sommes début mars commande reçu en deux fois car oublie d’un colis lors de la première livraison. Les produits sont qualitatifs et conformes. Je laisse cependant 1 étoile car l’expérience fut fort désagréable. Presque 4 mois pour 6 chaises...

Elaine Corner Sofa
Ordered this sofa because I was told that it would be available the following week. However it was delayed for around 6 weeks during which time I had no sofa at all as just moved into a new house so not ideal. The sofa arrived and it was clear it wasn't the best quality (MDF with thin fabric and basic sponge cushions) and the colour (beige) is a lot lighter than it appears in the website. It's not awful but it isn't the comfiest sofa and I won't make the mistake of ordering a large piece of furniture without seeing it again. Also the free cushions and cleaning cloth were missing so I got in touch and the cushions were sent out quickly to me but still the cloth was missing. Again I got in touch and this time was asked to film a video showing the packaging and the missing item!? If the cushions are anything to go by the cloth would be worthless but if something is promised it should be delivered. I've given up though now as really not worth the effort. It is a lovely looking sofa so it's a shame about the quality. The customer services team were always very good and helpful thankfully.
