Varer bestilt til levering på bestemt dato. Får besked om, at der kan gå 5-10 dage fra fragtfirma modtager møblerne - efter selv at have rykket for leveringstid dagen før aftalt levering. Det er ikke ok, når det er aftalt til i morgen. Pengene har I også trukket allerede ved bestilling for et par uger siden selvom møblerne ikke er afsendt. Update: Har fået mine penge retur efter varerne blev afbestilt.

Desk: broke down after 3 days of use, cant re saised or lowered Chair: Bought the "premium office chair" and it horrendously ucomfortable. Blue light glasses: They sent the wrongcolour and the glass giver so much glare they cant be used.

Bestilte vare d 30.03.25 der stod ingen leverings dato på ordrebekræftelsen men skulle logge in på hjemmesiden, der stod afsendelse fra lager inden d 03.04.25 idag står der så d 15.04.25 uden nogen har kontaktet os og sagt leveringen bliver forsinket. Pengene har de trukket, virkelig uprofessionelt.

Needing to change my delivery late on as I needed to be away, Nordina have been great in allowing me to reschedule. Unfortunately, they were unable to ship on the second, preselected date due to an unforeseen circumstance. They refunded me (without me asking) 10% of my order, and rescheduled it straight away. Throughout the process, responses from the Nordina employee I was speaking to, Sofia, were quick and clear. Investing in your customer service team really does make a difference, I will be going back following this experience.
