Stolen kom efter 3 veckor som utlovat. Drop shipping absolut, och customer service som inte har detta som huvudsyssla, ändå positivt förvånad då jag faktiskt trodde initialt att jag blivit blåst.

Nightmare from the start. Company gave courier the wrong address/postcode then when it’s finally corrected the top of the desk is not delivered with the legs. Apparently they are investigating with courier company and will update us. This has already been 3 days as they take 2 working days to even reply. Avoid them at all costs. Update….. still not heard a word from them. Going to recall the transaction. If you want to collect the useless legs you sent, you know where we are.

The worktop arrived with multiple holes drilled into it and none of which fit the leg attachments. The real frustration came when I reached out to customer support. Rather than offering a replacement or a proper solution, they simply told me to drill the holes myself. Instead of addressing their mistake, they put the burden on me to fix it, which is unacceptable. A product should be ready to use as advertised, and customer support should actually be helpful. In the end I had to go out and buy myself a drill just to assemble their tables. Terrible experience and huge waste of my time. Also, looking a bit deeper into their company, it seems they are basically a dropshipping company selling stuff made in China. All the nordic branding is one big lie.
