Es una página que no funciona, intenté comprar unas zapatillas y estuve 20 minutos intentando hacer la compra pero daba todo el rato error por parte de Nike, me puse en contacto con el servicio técnico y no me pudieron solucionar nada, me dijeron que esperase veinticuatro horas y lo volviera a intentar, y ahora que ya me deja están agotadas las zapatillas. Haceros un favor a vosotros mismos y buscar ofertas en otras páginas.
I ordered a pair of shoes from Nike.com. All looked good until they said the shoes were delivered. I work at a college and they were apparently signed for by “PAUL”. Now the package was addressed to me PAUL so it could have been given to anyone. There was no signature or photo provided.
I contacted Nike to ask for more information as I could not locate the whereabouts of the package.
They concluded they were delivered and closed the case.
So now Im left with no shoes and no money.
Really not helpful. I can not recommend Nike. Too big to care.

Stay away from this company at all cost. I bought brand spanking new pair of white Nike Air Max Nuaxis and after three weeks the sole turned pink. I returned the shoes to the store and was asked to buy them from Nike's official website since they were out of stock. Went and ordered them and what do you know, pink soles again.
I returned them and ordered the gray ones since they couldn't promise that the third pair wouldn't be pink as well. I went on and ordered the gray ones and after my first long walk I noticed there was a bump under my right foot, where we humans put the most weight (behind our toes). They told me to send images which they know is impossible. I asked them, how should I take the photos and after a while they simply replied "just take a photo of the shoe"
Got home and fotographed the shoe from the inside and got a reply that this is normal wear and tear. I asked them, "is it coincidered to be normal that the shoes developed a bump after such a short period of time? Could you please send me the motivation behind the decision? Etc etc"
They never answered any of my questions instead I get an e-mail that the case is closed. This here people is officially the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life and I would never in my wildest dreams think that Nike would be the one's providing it.
I wouldn't accept this since it was a very weird behavior, dodging all my questions and then "we cannot accept your claim".
I never wore the shoes in rain, haven't gotten them wet and only on concrete.
I'm my phone call the gentleman I spoke with said he was going to check it for me and asked me to sent pictures via an e-mail. The e-mail never arrived for me to send the picture, instead I got the very same e-mail as before. "your case has been declined".
I'm going to copy paste this review everyday for the rest of my life until it's resolved.

Nike.con the art of robbing customers. Purchased ACG cargo pants costs £160
Purchased ACG cargo pants costs £160. After 2-3 months the product started to bubble up so I contacted Nike.com and was advised to return the item for refund or replacement. Long story short, Nike.com have stated that they received a none Nike item which I believe is wrong. I sent the exact item to them and they have denied sticking to their return policy and have not refunded or replaced the pants.
Nike.com or better still Nike.con will not tell me what they received in the return even after asking many times. Nike have not returned my ACG cargo pants or what ever they claim to have received nor have they refunded replaced my item.
Now they will not reply to my emails and complaints as they are not responding to me. I have been conned by Nike.con having no item £160 less in my account. Nike.con will try any trick not to honour their part of the warranty as they have stolen my item. I have one option to report Nike.con to the police and make a claim to get my refund back.

When I reached out to Nike for support, I was met with cold, robotic responses and zero empathy. Their customer service insisted on an "inspection" process but made it clear in advance that I likely wouldn’t qualify for any compensation, even before seeing the product.
Let me be clear: I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just a gift card to replace shoes that physically injured me. I even offered to destroy the shoes and send a photo, but Nike refused. The whole process felt designed to deter customers rather than help them.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a global brand that markets itself as customer-focused and athlete-first. Nike, if you won’t stand behind your products, why should anyone stand in line to buy them?
PS A friend of mine had the same issue. Seems its a design flaw. Side of shoe is too high.
Back in January I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max Travas trainers. I went to the gym and after 1/2 hour my left foot was in agony. The trainer on my left foot was very tight, the right foot was fine. I checked the size and they are both the same. I have tried to 'wear them in' on my treadmill at home, but unfortunately it's not made any difference. Really disappointed with these, and wouldn't be buying Nike again.
