We used them to ship our vehicle to Florida in October, 2024. Everything was fine. So that’s why we’re using them again.

Error in system made it difficult to place order. Was stating fields were incomplete but they were complete!

This car transportation is NOT honest reliable or trustworthy. For starters they gave me “a set price” they promised to find a driver in 3 days. Mind you it was 200 miles away from me. I had to call them every day to ask for a status's. They gave me the run around. When they found a driver 1 day later than their promised dead line .. the price changed from $700 to $890. We have a contract… well whatever??? I had to block my credit card as they were going to charge my card and ignoring my cancellation. I highly recommend United Force Auto transport out of NJ instead. They delivered my car the following day. Spare yourself some headache stay away from the Nexus sheisters.

I made the mistake of choosing them based on their "good" reviews and competitive pricing. What a nightmare. They promised my vehicle would arrive in 3-4 days. It took TWO WEEKS. But that’s not even the worst part… For 10 straight days, the driver kept lying about the delivery date, forcing me to constantly rearrange my schedule. And this company? They did nothing. They don’t actually transport anything—they just take your money, randomly assign you a driver, and wash their hands of the whole thing. When I begged them for help dealing with this dishonest driver, they offered zero real assistance. If you like stress, deception, and feeling completely abandoned after paying for a service, go ahead and book with them. Otherwise, run. Oh, and when the vehicle finally got here, the driver was in such a hurry that he almost drove the vehicle off the trailer without connecting the ramps. If I wouldn't have stopped him, he would have destroyed the vehicle unloading it. Makes you wonder how they treat your vehicle when you're not there.
