Unacceptable Service and Negligence
I entrusted Nexus Transport with moving all my belongings from West Virginia to San Diego, but my experience has been a nightmare. My 2022 BMW 330i’s trunk was left open, displayed in MyBMW application, and the car has remained unlocked for over 24 hours at a location near a busy street, with no resolution in sight. Despite repeated attempts to get updates from Nexus and their service provider, Atlas Trucking, nothing has been done to secure my vehicle or its contents. This level of negligence and poor communication is completely unacceptable. I’m extremely worried about the safety of my $8,000 worth of belongings. I would caution anyone considering their services – avoid at all costs.
