Setting up the shipment on mobile is a bit challenging. No ability to review information a final time before confirming. Fearful of incorrect information since pickup and drop off address is completely manual and doesn't specify if state and zip code are needed.

The salesman was honest, concise and professional. They were also very easy to work with and accommodated my rapid timeline.

I don’t know what the experience is. The vehicle hasn’t been picked up to for me to review my experience. This is a forced survey

I am beyond frustrated with Nexus Auto Transport. They failed to secure a legitimate driver for my car transport, missing THREE confirmed pickup dates. Not only did they miss two pickups on the same day, but I even received a strange and highly unprofessional request from the driver’s company to leave my car keys in the vehicle overnight, which I found to be both inappropriate and sketchy. Throughout this nightmare, Nexus only offered excuses for the delays and showed no accountability. They clearly need to do a better job vetting the transport companies they hire. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I will NEVER use Nexus Auto Transport again. I strongly recommend that others avoid this service at all costs.
