I scheduled transport 8 days in advance from Fl to DC. Mick (sr. specialist) emphasized that this is a common route and easy to schedule. He claimed I would be notified at least one day in advance of pickup and one day in advance of drop off. He also stated that the pickup location in Palm Beach Gardens could accommodate even the largest 75' transport carrier. He further (and repeatedly) emphasized that the drivers were very familiar with DC and knew which roads in DC could handle the 75' carrier and which parking lots (i.e. Home Depot in DC) they would pull into. WELL IT WAS ALL A LIE. We waited all day Sunday for a call about pickup on Monday. I called Nexus 5x on Sunday for updates but they had no new information. And we did NOT get a call till Monday - 30 minutes minutes before pickup!! Not a lot of time to prepare especially since the driver said the car needed to be brought to a main road. So I had to drive out to meet the truck and then Uber back. Then I was told drop off would be Wednesday or Thursday in DC. So my Daughter-in-Law (DIL) canceled all appointments for those days and arranged to work from home. Well, again - another lie. The driver called at 9PM Tuesday night and said he does NOT deliver in DC. NEXUS had LIED. He said my DIL needed to meet him an hour away in Virginia at 10PM. There was no way she could do that as she had two sleeping toddlers and husband was away for work. She ended up calling a minor acquaintance in Virginia, begging them to do her a favor and meet the truck, and had to pay him $100 due to late hour and inconvenience. This person (who is a mere acquaintance) agreed to it, and when the car was off loaded - they called my DIL to pay the balance due via Venmo. Now, of course, my DIL needs to Uber out to Virginia for another $60. SO NEXUS LIED: *ABOUT BEING NOTIFIED A DAY IN ADVANCE REGARDING AM OR PM PICKUP AND DROPOFF *ABOUT PICKUP AND DROPOFF LOCATIONS *ABOUT THE DROPOFF DATES. I spoke to them daily during this stressful time period and each time they were rude and unhelpful. And Lily - the manager- was useless. This applies to both their customer service and dispatch extensions. I asked for a discount to compensate us for the Uber rides as well as having to pay someone in Virginia to pick up the car. They hung up on me. AVOID.
Great customer service on the phone, easy inline booking process.
On-line quote was easy and then I also called and spoke with a wonderful associate named Paul. He helped me and was extremely kind.
Booking was easy. Prices are pretty good.

Easy to use app. Will update once pick up and delivery is done.
Needed to make a change to the delivery address but there was no way for me to edit it without having to start the process all over again.
Very easy to use and upfront
Easy booking with a confirmed final balance due.
Easy to use website for scheduling.
Incredibly unprofessional. I booked with Nexus back in January 2025 for transport in late February 2025 for transport from Colorado to North Carolina and I was quoted a price of $900.00. The week of my move came and I had not heard from anyone at Nexus about when my vehicle was going to be picked up. I had called almost everyday asking for an update and all they told me was that they were "working diligently" to find a driver. Which I highly doubt! The weekend of my move came and I still had not heard anything from them. The day of my move had come and I still had not heard anything. I was actively in the airplane getting ready to move to my new state and I still had not heard anything. I did not hear from anyone about until I had already moved and had been living in my new state for 2 days. They called me and informed me that they were going to pick up my vehicle a full two days after I had already moved and then proceeded to charge me $200 more than I was quoted. So my quote went from $900 to $1,100.00. That's not all they did! I needed to have my vehicle dropped off in a certain town in North Carolina and was told for whatever reason that they could not deliver to that town because of some ridiculous reason about the way the towns roads were? So I had to have an elderly family member drive me out to the town that my vehicle was being delivered to. Conveniently I was told that the driver dropping off my vehicle lived in the town that my vehicle was being delivered to. So, I think it was pure laziness on his part on not wanting to drive to the town I lived in. Overall the worst experience I have ever had! Do not use these people under any circumstances.
