Company i called before Nexus I was already waiting 6 days. Nexus was true to their word and arrive the very next day after setup. Whole process was quick and easy. Would highly recommend to anyone

I’m very impressed with Nexus Auto Transport. They were able to pick up my vehicle on the very day I called in and deliver it 560 miles the very next day. Excellent customer communication, just a pleasure doing business with them.

I will never use this company again. They did not explain they are a brokerage and contract out to drivers. They were not honest with pick up and delivery time frames. We placed our order on or around on 4/6/25. The car wasn’t picked up until 4/16 and was not delivered until 4/22. When we finally got our dispatch pick up was scheduled for 4/14 and delivery was 4/18. The communication was minimal and only if we reached out.

This company was great!! 1) Price was very good 2) Provided a quote right away and did not change or add anything. 3) Communications were great. Mostly not direct, but always got back to me and addressed issues quickly, e.g. my credit card was cancelled in the middle of transactions (could have derailed everything) and they contacted me and we fixed. 4) Pickup and delivery were fast and on time. 5) The driver was courteous, and helpful. The truck was huge and we found a nearby place to unload.
