Awful customer setive, Iv been trying to change my address online for weeks and it’s not working so contacted for help just to be told to then go online and change my address. Not helpful at all.

Delivery delayed by weeks. Whats the point then ?

Next day delivery. Returns carry a £2.50 charge but cheaper than driving to store. Customer service - when needed - are excellent.

Website is easy to navigate. Found the item required which was a coverless duvet for my elderly mother. Ordered via click & collect, the package was super quick arriving in store. Love the self service hub with seated area where your package is brought to you, well done Next for putting customers 1st.
