Next is brilliant I can not fault them. I order free to store never a problem quick free delivery and free returns. If I have issues after purchase never an issue return to store and refund to account. I had an account query, request call back and quick polite call. I was promised a call back the next day at 10am and 10am I got the call. I wish all companies were as easy and as efficient. Customer service with next is absolutely brilliant. Quality is really good too!

Twice I have ordered a 6 pack of Nike ankle socks and both times 3 packs were sent. I spoke to 2 different agents on the live chat and both assured me that it should be a 3 pack and the website will be corrected. However, it still shows online as a 6 pack.
