Please do not buy!!!!! Bought two complete sets of luggage believing the advertising that this was a premium product with a gold standard guarantee. Home from holiday yesterday and dealing with the shame of a broken zip and clothes spilling out of the case. Next with an equal of pity and glee by other passengers waiting for there intact luggage. 70 year olds with luggage older than them suddenly having a skip in their step as theirs arrived intact. Contacted customer services today and guess what? Nothing to do with them, β contact the airlineββ As expected, no help what so ever. You have been warned, Do not buy, you now only have yourself to blame!

Ticks every box!
Great experience from start to finish. Not only was the bag exactly the same colour as pictured on the website, described as olive (but more of lovely greeny grey - fab neutral shade) but it's even nicer in reality. The website video made it really easy to see the actual size (in a way that just measurements don't) and it fits loads in and height wise I can stand a bottle of water in it too. It's lightweight but strong and the wide strap makes it really comfortable to carry. And affordable for my budget. Ticks every box, really chuffed with it and it arrived in less than 24hrs ... amazing. I will absolutely be back for another in different shade.

Love our suitcases they arrived super quick and used them for our holidays. We then bought the covers and straps as an extra. Looking very smart and scratch free now too. Thank you for being such an Amazing Easy Company to deal with ππ»π€©
