I ordered a case from nere and…
I ordered a case from nere and accidentally used an incorrect shipping address. I emailed nere within a minute of placing the order, and followed up the next day but they never replied and the case was delivered to the incorrect address. I accept this is my wrongdoing, but to have no customer service or someone to help if there is a problem, isn’t acceptable.
