Iβve ordered several times and the products are amazing. However the UK customer service is non existent. When the deliveries go out immediately itβs fine. But good luck if they miss processing your order. Iβve been contacting them since 22nd November about my missing order (itβs now 13th December). Itβs still not been resolved! Thankfully I paid with Klarna so the problem is now with them and Iβve only had one payment taken off me.

Venture dual open Very poor quality bag and expensive
Nere Australia - Venture dual open - Very poor quality and expensive. When it first arrived in the post one week ago I was not overly impressed but decided to give it a try. First use and it is all scratched. Do not recommend. Asked for the money back - hopefully the customer care will be good. Will update once I hear from Nere Australia or UK. Happy to send an email to UK as well.

I ordered 10 days ago and have not received any shipping confirmation, I have also sent two emails which have not been answered. edit: I have still not received an order confirmation number or email from nere yet the money has left my account, it seems like a scam.
