Excellent service and experience. The vehicle was promised to be delivered in a week but got delivered in about 4 days. Smooth and fast process even for the long distance (I transported my car from Ohio to CA). I was working with Richard who was very helpful and made sure to be available at any given time. His service commitment to the client is 10/10, he made sure to provide excellent service from pick up to drop off. The auto transporter was humble and helpful too. Overall it has been a great experience to do business with Neptune.

Jordan was responsible for transporting my Jerp Renegade from LA to Austin, Texas. My new home. Jordan was very responsive and responsible - after one driver didn’t show up he immediately found a new one. Next morning after my flight I received my car delivered to my door. Magic.

Julia White found a truck driver for my Honda CR-V to ship from VA to CA. She is respectful, professional, and communicates well. My vehicle arrived on time in 5 days and truck driver was professional, easy to call and text too. Good rate! Very happy!

I was a little scared at first because I enter my number in a website that had many auto transport agents calling and texting, but this one is legit! The reviews are true, professional and stress free. The only thing I would honestly say is make sure the agent ask the driver how long it will take. My car got in a day early before I was at the location.

My broker Elvin was able to get me a really faired price and he was communicative throughout the process. My order was cancelled twice by the trucker, but Elvin was able to find replacement ASAP. I would recommend using them anytime.

Tony is the best customer in the world He help me with , I work on this job 4 year , but for the first time I see this , that the dispatcher help me , and have patience for my problem.

Rose sent me some information up front about how auto-shipping works (It's more complicated than you might think.) and cautioned me about authorizing payments or giving too much information without knowing who I was dealing with. I talked with several companies, but Rose was the one who understood my situation, found a way to make it work, and stuck with me throughout the process. I would definitely use Neptune again. They're the auto-shipping company I trust.

Neptune and Julia were Total bait and switch! Contract for $600 one week before shipment. No prob two days before, no prob one day before, day of pick up the price goes to $1000. The actual driver from patriot (Israel) was super. A complete sham!!!
