I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Neptune Auto Transport, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this company due to their unprofessionalism, deceptive practices, and overall lack of integrity. From the moment I contacted them, Neptune Auto Transport utilized high-pressure sales tactics that left me feeling coerced and manipulated. They initially quoted me a seemingly reasonable price, but once they had me hooked, they shamelessly raised the price, leaving me no choice but to pay more than expected. This bait-and-switch tactic is an outright scam and a complete breach of trust. What's worse is that Neptune Auto Transport conveniently buried a requirement for a cash payment in their contract, despite initially accepting credit card payment. This unexpected demand for cash on delivery put me in an incredibly difficult position, as I was unprepared to provide the amount in cash. Their drivers showed up unreasonably late, at midnight, and insisted on cash or threatened to leave without delivering my car. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and showcases their lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. Moreover, their inability to fulfill my request for closed transport, even though they quoted me a higher price for it, shows their sheer incompetence and disregard for customer preferences. They claimed they could only find open transport, yet attempted to negotiate the price down slightly as if it were some sort of favor to me. The overall lack of transparency and integrity throughout this entire ordeal left me feeling utterly betrayed and taken advantage of. Communication with Neptune Auto Transport was an absolute nightmare. They consistently failed to respond to my text messages and emails, showing a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer inquiries. When I resorted to calling them, their demeanor was dismissive, uncooperative, and far from helpful. It was a frustrating experience trying to get any information or resolution from them. In summary, Neptune Auto Transport is an untrustworthy and disreputable company that should be avoided at all costs. Their unprofessionalism, deceptive pricing practices, demand for cash payments, late delivery, and poor communication are indicative of their complete lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable auto transport company that actually cares about its customers. Neptune Auto Transport is simply not worth the trouble or the risk. Everything about this company screamed Fraud. There one guy Mark swear up and down he was honest but ended up ripping us off. They contracted for delivering our car through RTI which appears to be also fraudulent based off the website we was giving by Neptune. RTI delivered our car flooded with water . Of course They got paid and the driver who claim to speak no english had no clue to how was got into the car he was transporting. No one wants to take ownership Neptune sent us a fraudulent insurance company so who Voice talks about being back in the office in May. The email gets rejected as non-existent. So not only did we get ripped off but we got a flooded car and no real information to contact except our lawyers. So if you do decide to use them I hope for your sake you have a lawyer on stand by.

Company seems like a scam, called them to unpost my vehicles. Lady kept saying can I call you back, I barely could understand what she was saying. Do not use this company, they don't seem legit.

The fat pig they sent was a day late then 7 hours pass the time we agreed on unprofessional on the phone didn't even call me to tell me he was running late I had to call then he shows up see I'm a black man I went in the house got my Id come back he gone I wouldn't recommend them to any black person they have racist drivers

Diana stayed in constant contact between driver and the customer. Vehicle was picked up on time and delivered a day earlier than was originally estimated. Overall enjoyable experience.
