Brilliant service

I tried to get airline ticket with neo a month ago but the flight was gone when i went to book it as only seat left as i want originally 6 different flights janet at neo tourism went out of here way to find me a flight for my dates which i ended up with less time in waiting for my next flight and more direct flights enableing me to have less flights

It was my first time contacting a travel agency and I would say Neo Tourism UK made my experience superb. I saw their ad in Facebook and message their whatsapp number and immediately got a response. Jasmin was very patient and professional. They helped me find the best suitable flight making sure to ask what my needs and preferences were. Although I did not end up booking with them (my parents ended up booking a flight for me in the end) I would definitely use their service next time I need assistance travelling to the Philippines.

My parents booked a ticket with them few days ago. They are traveling back home to Philippines from England after a long time. Chanel Rae was great at helping me out with details for a Disneyland holiday!

The young lady Anna was great and very helpful and patient. However when quoting the flight price for the domestic flight she failed to inform me that the price she quoted was only including 7kg of hand luggage. It was only when i queried how much was the checked baggage allowance that i found out i had to pay extra. In my case for 20kg. That i am afraid was a failure. Not everyone flying domestic only has hand baggage.
