The young lady Anna was great and very helpful and patient. However when quoting the flight price for the domestic flight she failed to inform me that the price she quoted was only including 7kg of hand luggage. It was only when i queried how much was the checked baggage allowance that i found out i had to pay extra. In my case for 20kg. That i am afraid was a failure. Not everyone flying domestic only has hand baggage.
