I’ve been to other travel agents before but with Neo Tourism Ltd. the experience i recently received is quite different in terms of customer service .The staff ( Anna Taylor) is brilliant in her customer care & services, all my needs for travel were all sorted & dusted , no hassle and no hidden extra fees . Emma did really well for us , managing to book flights for us on our proposed trip to the Philippines, including a 10 day stopover in Abu Dhabi. The one reservation I have is that she initially promised us flights on the same dates for £2400 but after a significant delay in securing the flights we ended up paying £3000. Other than that she did a fairly good job.

It's my first time to book a flight to PH with complex return tickets for me and family, I always book mine online without any issues but this time I tried Neo Tourism, with the assistance of Ms. Janet Davis. She was very keen and on point completing the flight reservation. They will offer you few ways of payment but be aware of using Klara as I had issues with payment using it but in the end the flights were safely secured. I recommend using Neo Tourism in booking your next flight.

Emma Smith was a very professional travel agent! Very helpful all thoughout my journey from the start of purchasing the tickets and assisted me volunteering to do my e-travel. At first I thought I was scammed but she reassured me that they are authentic travel agents and kept me in touched and updated until my trip to the Philippines.And she answered queries even when I was in the Philippines. Emma has been very patient and supportive throughout. Due to my hectic schedule at work, I cannot continously communicate with Emma but she has been accommodating and giving me a lot of time to sort things out. The process was less stressful with her assistance. Very professional and understanding.
