Amazed by the care & service to customer.…
I’ve been to other travel agents before but with Neo Tourism Ltd. the experience i recently received is quite different in terms of customer service .The staff ( Anna Taylor) is brilliant in her customer care & services, all my needs for travel were all sorted & dusted , no hassle and no hidden extra fees . May you all continue to serve and excel in dealing with passengers whether first time customer or not .
