Like other reviews this company has seemingly given up. I appreciate it’s meant to be random shirt but they are picking some of the worse and pointless shirts from nothing leagues. Nothing exciting opening up and not having a clue who the team is and the country they are in. The most plain and boring shirt they have sent.

Do not buy from this company. Shocking customer service. They refused me a refund for an item I did not want to keep which is not permitted under ‘distance selling’ rules then agreed to it on email when I pointed this out, then never refunded me, chased several times and just ignored my requests. Am reporting to trading standards. 1000% would not recommend. Need to now source a refund via my credit card company and the onerous task of having to present them with all the evidence in email trail.

Really poor customer service. I have contacted them 6 times about an issue with the order (received the same shirt son received last time) and I am not getting a single reply. This is appalling customer service and we'll never use them again. We just want to return for a refund, he hasn't even taken it out of the wrapping!!

Son received a shirt for Christmas that was way too small despite being a medium - Indian team but sizes totally different from UK. Contacted Mystery Kits and to be fair they responded pretty quickly and were happy to replace shirt, so sent it back to them as they instructed. When I knew they received shirt, I waited a couple of days before contacting them to find out when I would receive replacement but they are now totally ignoring emails - been chasing them for over a week! Now worried that we have lost our money and my son a Christmas present! Won’t be using again!

Just like many other recent reviews I have had an awful experience with this company. Their customer service is non existent, they do not reply to emails or social media messages and have no phone number. I ordered a child’s shirt for my son’s birthday and was sent an adults, which obviously was completely unsuitable and not the product I ordered and paid for. It arrived with no tags attached and no care labels inside and is made of really thin poor quality fabric. I contacted them to explain I had received the wrong size shirt and received a reply saying I needed to pay to send the shirt back and only when I had paid again for another shirt to be posted would I get a child’s shirt sent to me. I queried this and every email I have sent since has been ignored. I have no idea how this business can continue to operate. I, like many others, now have no option but to try and obtain a refund via my bank as I cannot speak or communicate with anyone.

I have used this company 3 times, no issues with the first two purchases but this third time has been horrendous! Ordered shirt beginning of December size XL, received child shirt . Emailed them , I was to send an image of shirt as proof which I did, heard nothing back. My husband then emailed them as they weren’t replying to my emails. He was told to send shirt back to the address they gave us which he did, had to pay postage but was told we would get it back, that was 4th Jan. To date they have done nothing !! Sent several emails chasing but no replies ! They have my money, they have the shirt back, the postage I paid, absolutely shocking ! I have never known such terrible customer service, please don’t use them!!

Ordered 3 weeks ago. No confirmation e-mail that they have sent me anything. (Like my friend had couple months ago). They are not answering any e-mails, or messages on facebook and instagram. The reason why i'm writing this so "early" is cause of many comments from past 2 months with only negative review.

I ordered from this company on December 2nd. I never received my order and have contacted them several times. I keep getting bot responses that don't address my problem. Also, the tracking number they sent me shows my order was never shipped. They took $119 from me and refuse to refund it. This company is a major scam.

I have purchased shirts from mystery kits before and have never had an issue, however this time it has been awful. I ordered a shirt 1st December so that I could receive it in time for Xmas as it was a present. I received a message from the courier to say it was delayed on the 5th December. Still no shirt has arrived to this date! Since this message I have contacted Mystery Kits multiple times and have had zero response!! No offer to sort the missed delivery, send an alternative shirt out or fully refund me. No correspondence at all!! I will never be using these again and in the meantime I am still trying to get a refund.

Mystery kits are ok unless you want to exchange your item!! Customer service very poor! I would not buy from them again

Ordered five jerseys in the beginning of December and I am still waiting on them to be shipped. Have reached out for customer support through numerous methods and have not heard a single word back. I ordered from them a couple years back and the jerseys were great! Overall extremely dissapointed as I now need to try and figure out how to get my money back, and for just any bit of support possible from the company. I understand it was the holidays, but just respond to something.

ordered in november said out for delivery said delivered blank photo emailed 12 times no responce dont care they have my money why should they be bothered!

After 3 great years this year came up with our regular holiday kit party. No idea what has happened but it seems like they’ve taken everyone’s money and vanished. They don’t reply to messages. We ordered on Nov 27th and never received anything. It’s really unfortunate. We filed a CC dispute to get our money back. Avoid these frauds.

Terrible! Do not buy! Paid £70 for a ‘fake’ Cameroon shirt and a 22/23 Manchester United shirt! My som supports Manchester City and this was stated on the order request. I have since emailed on several occasions requesting a returns address and explaining my issues. Still waiting any response! The shirts being sold are either fake or completely out dated, both of which can be bought for a fraction of the price online, and at least then genuine! Utter disappointment!

Was gifted a shirt for Christmas, I always get a large from them, however the shirt I received was a large but was far too small, after querying it, I received an email but upon finding out I’d need to pay another £10 for an exchange, I said I’d just rather had a refund. They then stopped replying to emails, so I started a new email thread and again it was responded to until I asked for a refund to which I got ignored again. Going to get the person who bought me the shirt to start a chargeback with them. Never using them again, scam of a company.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered 3kits for delivery to the US in early December for Christmas gifts. We are now in the second week of January with no shirts in sight. They have ignored all my emails, I never received a shipping confirmation and there is no response through social media outreach and no phone number to call. I'm going to dispute with my credit card company and file a complaint against the company under the UK Consumer Act. Their address is in Surrey and their owner Hamid Badi is on LinkedIn. Everyone should blow them up with complaints. Absolute scammers.

My son ordered a mystery shirt with his Xmas money £35 for a child’s kit he was very excited the box arrived but what we found was a shirt with the original price tag on of 44.99 but replaced with a sale sticker of £15 from sports direct. I have tried contacting the company many times but they have not respond. My son is very disappointed

Really great concept, especially for kids, however they clearly do not have the resources to deal with specific requests. Ordered two shirts; one requesting any La Liga top 10 team and received Valencia (currently bottom of the La Liga🤣), and one requesting any current champions league team and received a (very nice) shirt from a Brazilian team! If you want any random shirt this is probably the company for you. Zero reply’s when trying to contact company to exchange, which seems to be a common complaint. I have conceded it’s just easier to keep the shirts, but will not be a returning customer.

Honking customer service, lies about delivery time frames. 2-5 days express delivery is nonsense. I am starting to think this is a scam. If you read TrustPilot before buying, please believe the bad reviews and go somewhere else.
