I ordered a 24/25 season shirt from this website in the beginning of December and it hasn’t arrived even though they claim to have every package sent internationallt within 7-14 days. I have tried to contact them multiple times but they haven’t responded once. Very disappointing experience and I don’t recommend this website to anyone, there are other similar websites too that actually send the shirts… I hope I can somehow get my money back..

Beware of this company, the shirts are fake and when you return the order they ignore your emails. It’s a scam company Avoid avoid avoid

I bought shirt for my daughter birthday on Saturday 3rd Jan . It's 11th now and they haven't even send it yet ! . They asking me for proof? When they already gave me order number idiots !! . I send them screenshot and still not hearing from them . Absolute rubbish customer service. Please avoid them and use other companies. I'm going to my bank and do transactions dispute to get my money back from those scammers .

Bought a shirt from Mystery kits as a present for my nephew in the 7-12-24 , the shirt was given to Evri to deliver , the delivery allegedly took place on the 15-12-24 at 22:50 on a Sunday night , the driver left it in a bin that isn’t mine or any of the neighbours , I got in touch with Evri who have told me I need to inform Mystery Kits which I have done on 8 occasions by email and through there own website , not one reply , this company is a joke the customer service is abysmal , I will never ever use this company again

This is a disaster: I ordered a mystery kit on December 4th, for my son for Christmas ! We are now 6th January and I haven’t received anything. All my emails have been unanswered. This is a big scam. Please be careful

Shocking company. As others have said DO NOT USE. They have no contact information, they don’t email back, you can’t call them. I’ve returned an item over 16 days ago and heard nothing from them. To rerun an item you must send pictures to them every step of the way. Send receipts. Pay to send it back. Wait for an invoice for them to send you a new one. Even though they messed up! they haven’t confirmed if they’ve received any return from me. They won’t reply to my emails but replied to my partners when testing to see if they did. They’re rude, unhelpful and I’m doubtful I’ll get another shirt. After postage im almost £50 down with no shirt. My sons Christmas present off his nan. Shocking please please do not use.

Terrible customer service ordered dec 5 th and was guaranteed Christmas delivery. Still no sign on jan 3rd. Takes ages for them to respond to emails and then it’s just generic reply. Please avoid this company at all costs. Couldn’t care less about customers or the disappointment for kids Christmas morning.

Absolute poor customer service I ordered a shirt in November in time for Christmas. I never received it because Evri never delivered it. It was returned to mystery kits. I haven't heard a thing from them re this despite emailing 4 times!!!!! Stay clear of this company

Terrible experience this time round. They have £34.99 of my hard earned cash and have taken no steps to refund the return I know they received days ago. Their returns process is onerous and costly (no prepaid returns label so had to pay to track and if you want a replacement another £4.99 in postage!!!). They've ignored all emails and left us without a Christmas gift which we have now had to replace elsewhere. Go elsewhere.

Box arrived opened, kit filthy and they have completely ignored me. Was supposed to be a Christmas present for my 12 year old. Waste of money, I’m taking them to trading standards

I have purchased 4 times and previously been happy with orders. I receive emails from them offering free shirts and giveaways if ordered within a certain timeframe. I was certain the latest advert was offering me this with a free Lyon 3rd kit if ordered with their standard 24/25 mystery box. I didn't get the free top and I just find the advertising really misleading. I have sent an enquiry to them but after reading the reviews on their customer service I'm not expecting much. I have previously had a Germany international ladies. Real Betis Ladies. Mens xxxl Bayern Munich latest one is psg xs mens for my son but and he would've loved the Lyon shirt too. Shame Mystery Kits!

Appalling customer service! Never reply to emails. Would never use again or recommend. Better alternative companies out there!

Absolute scam, sent back a kit as they requested to receive a replacement... they never provide a replacement or a refund, this was over a year ago and they have ignored any contact that has been made. £75 stolen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Do not use this company. They agreed in writing to exchange a shirt for us, provided we returned the original. We posted it and they confirmed receipt of that original shirt, but have not made any effort to arrange for the replacement shirt. They have also kept my money. So, now they have the shirt and the money! I have chased via email for weeks and weeks (no phone number found) but they have ignored all my efforts to contact them. Either they are unbelievably incompetent, or this is simply theft. Avoid.

Ordered kits for Christmas presents for my kids 6 weeks ago and no sign of them. We have contacted them through every means possible and no reply. They took the money. Absolutely scam do not use them.

Honestly not great. Emailed customer service as they don’t send a returns label in the package, you have to ask for one and also send pictures and receipts. You have to pay to send it back and then wait for another invoice from them (4.99) for them to redeliver another shirt. So an extra £10 on top of whatever you have already paid. They don’t offer refunds apparently? Im sure this is against distance trading (online selling). They’re rude and tend to not reply to emails. As other reviews say the emails back are slow and frustrating. I think I’d try a different company next time. Took around 1 week to Arrive and had to download an app for shipping updates. Just a bit painful really. Wouldn’t order again from this company.

Ordered an age 14/15 shirt only to receive an XS shirt aged 5/6. The explanation for this is that I received an Asian shirt so the sizing is correct as an Asian XS is aged 13/15. My child is not Asian this shirt wouldn't even fit over his head. I am now a Christmas gift and the money I paid for this absolute rubbish down. The quality is also that of a cheap dish cloth. Not in a position to purchase another gift for my child. I would not recommend this company at all!!

Ordered almost a month ago, was suppose to take 2-5 working days, no information on the order, no reply to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
