Very poor customer service, still awaiting my refund…
Bought 3 kids shirts for Christmas presents, all aged 9-10 but 2 shirts were very small compared to the other so I emailed mystery kits and they replied saying I could return but they wouldn’t send out replacements until they received the kits. This was 2 weeks before Christmas, so I asked if I ordered another 2 shirts would I get them before Christmas, which they did, the boys loved their shirts but then this is where the issues have occurred. I have sent continuous emails without response. They did say I would receive a refund within 3-7 days but I’ve not received any refund and I’ve since wrote 2 emails and heard nothing again. The whole concept of the mystery kit is a good idea and as I said, the boys loved them but the customer service is lacking and the fact you have to pay to return items and the difference in sizing is also way off. I’d just like my refund really, as +£60 is a lot of money these days.
