Didn’t receive my order

Always easy to order once the medical review has been completed (I appreciate that this exists to highlight any potential issues with medications), and the product always arrives quickly and without any issues. I live in a remote part of the country where access to a doctor is a challenge, and privacy in a small town can be a further challenge. Any time there's ever been an issue customer service has been quick to rectify it to my satisfaction. Pleased with the service and happy to continue to use them over seeing my GP and filling out prescriptions locally.

Order never arrived. Terrible availability for customer service. Generic responses and no actual help. Everyone be aware that they ship with Canada post of all places. It’s ridiculous to think they could ever offer same day delivery.

Got what I wanted, didn’t have to make Doctors appt which can take weeks here. Once Rx was confirmed, order shipped immediately. Product was definitely ‘as advertised’. Thank-you.

Contacted them regarding an issue with shipping and not having it within 2 days. They made it right and product has reshipped.
