Fast response and options for brand name vs no name brands

My subscription is on HOLD…this should not have been shipped!!!!

I used the service and received my product. The problem is they automatically keep renewing your order. I tried to stop it but there is no way to do it on their website. When I tried their chat help, it responded they are offline and will contact me when they are online again. Needless to say I have messaged back and still no response. They tell you to pause your subscription don't cancel it. But when I pause my subscription, every rime I go back to that page my subscription has changed back to active. You already sell a product people want, why rip them off. As of July 24/24 I still have not heard back from them. I have emailed to cancel my subscription and refund my money for the second order. I don't want to deal with a company who does business like this. UPDATE since reading my review, I was contacted by Rocky and my order was canceled and my account was put on pause so no more orders will be automatically ordered. Thank you Rocky for a solid solution.

Super easy to place my order and even when the address had been incorrectly received the switch was made quickly and before any product arrived

They ask for your credit card first and once you give it - they inform you that there is a $40 cancellation charge. Even after 10 min cancelation.

Had issues with Canada Post delivering they got on top of it and made things right. Were prompt and courteous in solving the issue. Very happy with their customer service and issue response.

Quite Easy This service is certainly a great idea, love the ease of use and the helpfulness of staff. The advertisement of two days is a stretch though.
