Great communication and quick delivery

I ordered Ozempic for $399, which was supposed to include a consultation. After I was charged, they did not follow up with me. The next day, I tried to contact them via message and email to schedule the consultation but received no response. I am giving them 2 stars because at least they are willing to refund me.

I’m so impressed with this company and I did a lot of research before putting my trust in them . They are accredited by the Ontario College of Pharmacists. Their staff consists of doctors and nurse practitioners and they are very thorough. Great and professional service overall!

The products work as described and you get to talk to a real doctor about what is best for you they check in to make sure it is working shipping is fast and customer service is great couldn't be happier!

Fantastic experience . Renella, looked after my concerns quickly.

First order was ok. Second order was really bad, limit scam Order a product, paid for it, and received another product. The excuse they found is : check your prescription. Well, just sell me what i can buy. Do not sell me something, and then send me another one because i cant have it. I did not want to have and to pay for your replacement. Easy. In the end, i will never order from them again. Update: still not received what i order/paid for.

Great communication. My questions were answered promptly. My doctor was caring and asked the right questions. I feel confident I’m getting the medication I need in a timely fashion.

Had a minor issue with the order status after completing the whole screening process for hairloss products. I contacted the customer support team and Jaymee helped me out in a matter of minutes to get everything sorted out. Super easy and straight forward communication.

Use them for semiglutide and they are legit. Once you've done your lab work it ships pretty quick. You must contact your clinician to get your next shipment. I reside in Québec, good to mention your lab work may come from a registered (without frontier nurse practioner). They must look the license of the physician under the nurse without frontier or else they won't be able to verify them. Tell your blood work lab about that if in Quebec.

I do not like the fact you have to cancel or you just keep charging every month! That’s a way to rip people off.
