Why would a company advertise free 2 day shipping when in reality it’s 7 day shipping?? Every step of the way with Rockey health just keeps getting more and more frustrating. I would not recommend using this company 100%

the service from this company vs the other ones available has been second to none. ive been able to pickup my prescription when in a rush instead of relying on mailing out, which was great when i wanted it before a vacation. i intend to keep my subscription as long as it continues

I don't like that it's a subscription. I forgot about it and now I'm out 60 dollars. In fact you don't have to send me the pills, I'd like a refund.

It said I was ordering 4 pills and the invoice says 2.

Never answered any question reoccurring billi g is a scam cant find where to cancel renewal in sept I only want what I ordered not a refill

My doctor was so nice, and listened to my concerns. I called customer service to inquire about my order status and they expedited my order so I got it the next day!

Good service

Shipping isn’t predictable. Canada post has been late to deliver both of my shipments. I’m waiting for one right now and the Canada Post tracking hasn’t updated in 3 days. For a medication that is supposed to remain chilled it not ideal.

I recently made a call to client support at Rocky Health to resolve a missing order and to switch my subscription to a medication that works best for me. My concerns were handled by Michael Gabrielle and he was absolutely amazing. He helped me with re-shipment and immediately initiated a refund for the missing medication. He also provided me with a history of my orders that I can use to submit to my insurance provider for reimbursement of the costs. I am highly satisfied with the service from Rocky Health and the client support is absolutely outstanding. Michael was very pleasant, understanding of my concerns and Super helpful in resolving the matters that I presented to him. I felt very respected, valued and appreciated. Highly recommended.
