Great Experience

I wanted to write a review to give a big shout out to Ryan MacCallum. I have had a few properties fall through and have used My Home Move Conveyancing each time. Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

Long waits and no replies

Attempted to instruct MHM for the purchase of our first property. The quote was promising, but the next steps were all automated with no support. After signing up to the website, MHM requires to upload several documents. The automated portal generated a higher quote due to higher tax land, despite us being first-time buyers on a new build property. We chased an update, first meeting with our conveyancer and a new quote for 10 days with no response. We received an unhelpful response from another member of the team after calling directly, who signposted us to a phone number to book our first appointment, which did not exist. The first prompt reply we have received was after we asked them to rescind our instruction. Unsatisfactory service, guidance and customer support. Please, avoid.

Arti was so polite and friendly and patiently answered all my questions. Not once did I feel as though she was in a rush to get me off the phone or that it was too much bother for her answering my multitude of questions. So glad I got to speak to Arti.

Great Communications!

I'm still working through the conveyancing bit, but was able to contact Connor and Sean to work on my quote (to match one I'd had on a property which fell through) and ensure I was assigned to the same conveyancer. They were also able to move over things from the previous file which was a great time saver. Hopefully the whole sale goes through smoothly but working with Connor was very easy - all done via WhatsApp
