Long waits and no replies
Attempted to instruct MHM for the purchase of our first property. The quote was promising, but the next steps were all automated with no support. After signing up to the website, MHM requires to upload several documents. The automated portal generated a higher quote due to higher tax land, despite us being first-time buyers on a new build property. We chased an update, first meeting with our conveyancer and a new quote for 10 days with no response. We received an unhelpful response from another member of the team after calling directly, who signposted us to a phone number to book our first appointment, which did not exist. The first prompt reply we have received was after we asked them to rescind our instruction. Unsatisfactory service, guidance and customer support. Please, avoid.
