Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

Great customer service! - Especially impressed with Connor Morson who has been answering my questions efficiently and clearly using the LiveChat function.
Connor was keen and fast to quote however the quote was generic and did not reflect the significant cost difference between the more expensive Welsh Land Tax and the English rate despite being advised at the outset.
More attention to detail required methinks.
