Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

It has been a fuss free process and really easy to navigate the various steps to better understand and know where I am in the conveyancing process. Communication has been good throughout and prompt which I appreciate. It is ideal to have the online portal which is easily accessible at any time during the day and super user friendly. I prefer digital communications where possible as I have a young baby.
