My initial call with Daniel was very good - unlike other calls I had he was knowledgeable, transparent and helpful. I’ve just started the process but the online portal is fairly straightforward. The only minor improvement point would be the ability to amend documents directly in the portal as there was an error with uploading that meant I had to contact to rectify a very minor amend.
Ryan was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took me through the process and cleared up and questions I had. Thanks!!

I am a first time buyer with little experience in purchasing a property. Thomas with My Home Move Conveyancing is very friendly, lightning quick to answer any queries I have had and gave me an extremely fair quote. After finding a house my partner and I liked we instructed the Solicitor and paid a initial fees. However, the house fell through and we thought we had lost the money we had paid. After contacting Thomas again he alleviated me about the search guarantee and that I'd meet the criteria meaning I wouldn't lose any of the money. We are currently in the process of buying a new house with My Home Move Conveyancing thanks to the incredibly helpful Thomas.
I have mended my orginal review as subsequently I received an adequate support and I have to say that tubings progressed well and smoothly. It’s a shame I had to chase through trustpilot, but at the end things went well. So I am happy overall for the service received. Below my original review: I’m growing frustrated with my case. It is now over 2 months since we started the process for a remortgage. (Which for their own admission it should be straightforward and quick). I don’t get response from my assigned conveyancer to my emails and when I call her on the phone she doesn’t pick up and doesn’t return my call despite me leaving a voicemail. I am at risk of jeopardising the whole transaction as the expiration date of the mortgage offer and other papers is approaching. Adding additional stress. I have given 2 stars as I hope this is going to get resolved before it’s too late. Happy to upgrade it if sorted or to downgrade it if not.
