My home move’s been a pleasure to use for the sale of my house. Once I accepted the quote, I received an email with a link to their eWay online portal. This is so brilliant as you can both fill forms and upload relevant documents online with ease. Customer service has been very good too. Tom was very quick to respond to my messages. He also called earlier today just to say even though my case has been assigned to someone else he would still keep an eye on the case etc. My experience so far has been great though it’s still early days.

My first house move in decades
A lot has changed since my last home move in the days long before the internet was an every day tool. My case was initially handled by Ryan. He was very helpful clearly explaining the process I was about to embark on. Within a few minutes of the call an email arrived with a link to the convayencer who would be dealing with my case. The saying goes "You don't get a second chance of a first impression". And so far that first impression has given me confidence that the rest of the process should be relatively smoothe.
